ShariX Proprietary License v1 License code: sharix-proprietary-v1 Copyright (c) ShariX. All rights reserved. 1. Scope and reservation of rights This software and its source code are proprietary and confidential. No rights are granted except those expressly provided by a separate written agreement with the rights holder or by an active ShariX module/service entitlement issued under such an agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 2. Permitted use, modification and deployment To the extent permitted by the applicable written agreement and active entitlement, the authorized recipient may install, operate, configure and modify the software for the purposes and environments covered by that agreement. Possession of a copy alone does not create any additional right to use, modify or deploy the software. 3. Redistribution and source disclosure Unless the applicable written agreement expressly permits it, the software, source code and non-public implementation details may not be published, redistributed, sublicensed, disclosed to third parties, placed in a public fork, or incorporated into a public/open-source distribution. 4. Confidentiality Non-public source code and implementation details supplied under this license must be treated as confidential to the extent required by the applicable written agreement and applicable law. 5. Entitlement and termination Repository access and installation authorization may depend on an active ShariX module/service entitlement. When the governing agreement or entitlement expires, is suspended or is terminated, authorization to obtain new copies and to perform new installations ends unless the governing agreement states otherwise. Any continued use, retention or deletion obligations are determined by that governing agreement and applicable law. 6. Separate agreement controls This license does not replace a separate commercial, service or confidentiality agreement. If such an agreement grants broader rights or imposes different duties, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. 7. Warranty and liability Except to the extent expressly provided by a separate written agreement or required by applicable law, the software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Liability, remedies and any limitation of liability are governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
